Es gleicht dem Tanzen sehr. Je mehr Zeit und Energie Du verwendest im Erlernen der Schritte, um so weniger genießt Du den Tanz. Gleichzeitig, wenn Du die Schritte nicht kennst und nur Freude empfindest, bist Du nicht sehr künstlerisch bei der Annäherung der Kunst, jeder von uns muss das Erlernen der Schritte mit dem Geniessen der Musik ausgleichen. Jeder Lehrer unterrichtet auf einer anderen Weise. Es scheint mir, dass man am Anfang mit dem Erlernen der Schritte beschäftigt ist, und ich denke, das ist gut. Gelassenheit. Um an Gelassenheit zu denken, musst Du zuerst an Aufmerksamkeit denken. Aufmerksamkeit ist echt..es ist Deine… Du schenkst Deine Aufmerksamkeit beiden den seelischen und körperlichen Dingen und wenn Du gutes Aikido machst dann dem spirituellen auch.

Der erste Schritt zur Gelassenheit ist zu wissen, dass Deine Aufmerksamkeit ein Fluss oder sogar eine Welle ist. Fokus ist konzentrierte Aufmerksamkeit.
