Yesterday we had a nice Aikido meeting with several groups, belonging to the same family. The teacher from Clubaikitas Tassos Kotsekidis came from Santa Cruz de Tenerife with his students. The teacher Carmelo Ramirez of Las Palmas came with a group of students and the teacher Rafael Hernandez brought another group of students from Ingenio with. We also had the participation of Antonio Sosa, teaches Aikido in Fuerteventura. The training was as intense as interesting. Finally, we did exercises, to strengthen the body, which our Sensei Manuel Hernandez makes normally in class, and always end up with a lot of laughter. There was Kyu exams and I would like to congratulate the guys for an excellent exam.
And I want to thank everyone for their participation and greet the large number of colleagues, who could not be there for various reasons.
